How to deal with nutrition issues during a race

LEG LUBE: Having suffered some recent nutrition issues during a half Ironman, I can appreciate the advice shared by the folks at GU about ‘managing a nutrition issue’ during a race. There is nothing worse than getting fit all season and then having your race fall apart due to stomach cramps or other nutrition issues, yet almost everyone that I have spoke with who does endurance races has suffered at least one or multiple bouts of bad nutrition.
