Add Pounds For Better Performance

In the 1980′s a physiologist named Dr. Carmelo Bosco was searching for a way to prevent muscle atrophy in astronauts and stumbled upon hypergravity training. For those of us stuck here on Earth, this is basically training at a heavier body weight to increase our muscles’ capacity for work. By exercising at a higher weight, our muscles are overloaded by increased resistance, requiring the body to adapt.
